Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and bright rooms that were reasonably well-appointed. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, but the staff did go above and beyond to rectify any issues. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the town center near the park. The dining experience was basic and a bit overpriced, but overall, a decent value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and went above-and-beyond for us. The facilities were very nice with a good big walk-in shower, well-fitted out, and comfortable. The service was impeccable, and the location was wonderful, with easy access to town and attractions. However, the dining experience was a bit pricey and on the skimpy side.
The hotel rooms were very spacious and comfy with air-conditioning, but I was disappointed that the sauna and spa were not operating. The location is great, right by the park in the town center, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience was good, but it lacked in greens. The staff provided every assistance and were friendly and considerate.
The hotel offers uncluttered rooms containing everything needed for a comfortable stay, although the drink sachets were not replenished during our visit. The accommodations were very comfortable with views of the parking lot.
The hotel offers good value for money with an excellent shower and very comfortable beds. However, the rooms smelled danky and musty due to noise from the exit to the car park. The staff seemed not fully knowledgeable about the systems.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, but the view was just of the parking lot. The service was friendly and caring, although I wished they were a bit more enthusiastic. The location was convenient, near the town center but not noisy. The dining options were limited and slightly overpriced. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is conveniently located across from the beautiful Seymour Square, with easy access to Blenheim cafes and shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer great amenities like a spa and pool. The service was helpful with some minor hiccups, and the dining options, though generous, may not be the best value for money.
